The City of Cottleville provides notary services free of charge. Amy C. Lewis, City Clerk is a bonded notary with the State of Missouri and notary services are available Monday thru Thursday 9-5pm and Friday 9-noon. Valid photo identification is required and your documents must be signed in her presence.
