Parks Update

Vantage Park and Dardenne Greenway Trail:

Thank you for your patience during construction and we hope you are enjoying the Cottleville Dardenne Greenway Trail. Within the next few months we will be installing signage with distance markers to help you find your way.

The log cabin trail head was completed this past fall and uses a combination of green features for the bathroom located inside the building. Rainwater is collected into a holding tank for washing your hands (DO NOT DRINK - NOT POTABLE WATER) and the toilet is composed of a composting toilet unit which recycles waste with wood chips to be used as fertilizer.

If you haven't had a chance to take a walk or ride on the trail...now is the time to do so!

Legacy Park:

A lot of construction took place this past year and more is anticipated for 2010. We are still performing grading operations for the fall and as we continue our progress, we ask that you please be patient and understanding during construction.
