The Planning and Zoning Commission was created pursuant to Chapter 89, RSMo., and has the power to perform all of the functions contained in said chapter including, but not limited to; make recommendations to the Board of Aldermen for long range development plans, enactment and modification of zoning, conditional uses and review of site plans. The Commission consists of 7 members including 5 citizen members, the Mayor and a Board of Aldermen representative. Commissioners are appointed by the Mayor to a 4 year term with the consent and approval of the Board of Aldermen.

All applications are due to the Community Development/Public Work Department by the scheduled deadline date. The appropriate fees must be submitted at the same time as the application. Any submittals larger than 8.5” x 11” must be folded. All submittals must be collated. Legal descriptions must also be supplied electronically. Meeting minutes will be available after approval by the Commission.
