**Driving record, when required
***A separate entry to the prosecutor is not necessary.
The prosecutor will make all recommendations on the evening of court. The recommendations will then be mailed the week of court.
***When entering appearance on a DWI, the prosecutor requires a driving record. Please include this with the entry to expedite the recommendation process.*** |
