The City of Cottleville has 6 pavilions that can be reserved for family, company, and other gatherings during the current calendar year only.  Pavilion reservations can be made after February 1st of each year.

Booking a Pavilion for a public event or an event that will utilize any part of the park outside the pavilion limits or capacity requires an additional Special Event Permit with liability insurance listing the City of Cottleville as an additional insured.

The City of Cottleville, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to restrict or deny requests for any usage or special events in our City parks. Pavilions are limited to 6 reservations per family or organization per year. For Complete Usage and Terms: See Bottom of Page.

Pavilion Usage Rules

  1. Parking or driving on grassy areas and sidewalks is strictly prohibited.
  2. Individuals booking a pavilion agree to dispose of all trash acquired by the group and are responsible for any fees resulting in the cleanup.
  3. Individuals booking a pavilion are responsible for any damages to outdoor facilities; these include but may not be limited to: structures, restrooms, tables, benches, and fixtures.

WE CANNOT RECOMMEND STRONGLY ENOUGH………. the best way to reserve a pavilion for the date and time you need, is to use the new online system.   Now you’re able to conveniently book and pay 24 hours a day. 
By using the paper form, this may cause requested date(s) to be booked due to paperwork processing time.

A Pavilion Reservation Form must be accompanied by payment (check) to the City of Cottleville prior to a reservation being confirmed. Click on the Pavilion Reservation Form to download a blank form. You can turn in your registration and payment in person, place it in our drop box located on the pillar outside the front door of City Hall, or by mail to the City of Cottleville.  Debit and Credit Card is accepted online only.

Reservation Policy

  • Pavilion Rental Fee(s) are Non-Refundable
    • Cottleville Resident:                    $35.00 – ($50 Pavilion A)
    • Non Cottleville Resident:         $70.00 – ($100 Pavilion A)
  • Proof of Cottleville residency is required for residents during the reservation process. Image/file of:
    • Driver’s License
    • State ID
    • Utility Bill
  • Bubble bus, snow cone vendor, balloon artist, face painting etc. requires liability insurance. Please attach a copy of the company’s liability insurance listing ‘The City of Cottleville’ as an additional insured to your reservation form.
  • All Pavilion Reservations are considered pending while application, the reason for use, and/or verification of additional documents supplied are verified and or approved.
    6 reservations per family or organization per year.
  • The City reserves the right to deny or cancel any pavilion reservation.
  • A Pavilion is not reserved until payment and a registration form are received and approved.
  • Pricing includes a 4 Hour reservation with one hour between reservations to clean up and or set up.  Longer use requires additional booking/fee.
  • Courtesy counts, please clean up quickly after the event including ALL trash to allow the next user to set up their event in a clean pavilion.
  • Reservations are accepted during the current calendar year only.  Pavilion reservations can be made after February 1st of each year.
